I Like Science

I won't claim to be able to follow or understand it all, but from QED to astrophysics, and lots in between, there's always something to learn and think about.  Lately I've read through http://physicsfromtheedge.blogspot.com/ regarding an developing view of where inertia comes from.  Very interesting, and the basic concepts are simple enough to understand.

Related topic: the observable universe is that part of the entire universe with is, in principle, well, observable.  And we're in the center of it.  Well, so are the folks on planets circling other stars, but their universe is a bit different than ours, if you buy into what Mach said, that anything you can't detect essentially doesn't exist.  Hmmmm....
